To ensure smooth and hassle-free operations, all passengers and clients must adhere to the following DGCA regulations and airport guidelines during their journey with us.
1. Flight Permit Requirements

*PCR: Please confirm with our operations team which countries are currently classified as PCR countries.
Note: All permits are granted 1-2 days prior to the flight.
2. Valid Travel Documents
- Carry a valid passport, visa, and government-issued ID at all times.
- Ensure that your visa complies with the entry rules of the destination and any transit countries.
- For domestic flights, an Aadhaar card, PAN card, or driving license is acceptable for identity verification.
3. Security Screening
- Arrive at the airport well in advance of your flight time for security checks.
- All passengers must comply with BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) screening protocols.
- Prohibited items (e.g., flammable substances, sharp tools, liquid over 100ml in hand luggage) are not allowed onboard.
- Expect full-body scans, baggage X-rays, and manual frisking as per Indian aviation norms.
4. Baggage Regulations
- Follow baggage weight limits and item restrictions as per your aircraft category (private jet, charter, cargo).
- Declare any valuable, fragile, or special cargo in advance for proper packaging and handling.
- Lithium batteries, aerosols, and electronic items must be declared and carried as per DGCA safety rules.
5. Medical & Air Ambulance Guidelines
- For air ambulance services, valid medical certificates and fit-to-fly documentation are mandatory
- Patient details, doctor's recommendation, and emergency contacts must be submitted before dispatch
- Cabin attendants may request medical clearance even for non-emergency travel if health concerns are visible
- Permit issuance depends on signing authority availability (no notice period required for emergency cases)
